American Garlic Sausage w/ Cure
Description:
A true classic, American Garlic Sausage is packed with bold, savory garlic flavour balanced by a blend of spices and seasonings. Crafted for 25 lbs (11.34 kg) of raw meat emulsion, this mix delivers a rich, well-rounded taste with every bite. Also available in a 2.22 kg unit for 50 lb (22.68 kg) batches.Â
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl or meat mixer, evenly distribute the American Garlic seasoning over the raw ground meat and fat (25 lbs of meat to 1.11 kg of seasoning or 2.22kg to 50lbs of meat).Â
- Add the included Salt & Cure packet at a rate of 110g per 25 lbs of meat (or 226g for the 50 lbs unit). (Salt and cure are combined in this blend.)
- Gradually add about 1 liter (4 cups) of cold water per 25 lbs. Mix thoroughly. Add more if needed.
- Mix thoroughly until the seasoning and cure are fully incorporated into the meat.
- Stuff the mixture into your casing of choice, ensuring a firm, even fill without air pockets.
- Chill the sausages in the fridge for a few hours to allow the flavours to develop before smoking or cooking.

Milk Solids, Toasted Wheat Crumbs, Salt, Dehydrated Garlic, Hydrolyzed Plant Protein, Dehydrated Onion, Spices, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite, Sunflower Oil (mfg aid). (Salt & Cure combined.)
