At JB's Sausage Maker Supplies, we want you to be fully satisfied with your equipment and seasonings. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team via email or phone to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your items back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused items, original manuals, and a copy of your receipt into the original shipping box to ensure safe transit.
Ship to JB's
Affix the return label and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package, then drop it off at your preferred shipping carrier.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods to ensure they meet our quality standards, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
