For those who love a classic breakfast sausage with a more pronounced herbal kick, our Breakfast Sausage Premix delivers a savory blend with stronger notes of sage. This premix brings out the comforting flavours of a traditional breakfast sausage, perfect for those who prefer a little extra depth of flavour to their morning meal.
Unit:
880 grams – intended for 25lbs of raw meat emulsion.
Instructions:
- Combine seasoning with approximately 1L of cold water.
- Pour over the meat and mix well, slowly adding more water if/as required.
- Once the desired consistency is reached, stuff into your casing of choice, or press into patties.
Ingredients:
Toasted Wheat Crumb, Salt, Dextrose, Spices, Canola Oil (mfg aid), Soy Lecithin.
Has stronger notes of sage than other breakfast sausage blends.

Wheat & Soy
