Unit:
500 grams – intended for 18.5lbs of raw meat emulsion.
Instructions:
- Combine seasoning with approximately 750mL of cold water.
- Pour over meat and mix well, slowly adding more water if/as required.
- Once the desired consistency is reached, stuff into your casing of choice.
