Unit:
1kg – intended for 25lbs of raw meat emulsion.
Instructions:
- Combine seasoning with approximately 1L of cold water.
- Pour over meat and mix well, slowly adding more water if/as required.
- Once the desired consistency is reached, stuff into your casing of choice.

Toasted Wheat Crumbs, Sugar, Salt, Spices, Smoke Flavour, Onion, Garlic, Flavour, Soy Lecithin.
