Our "Fresh" Sausage Seasoning Binder Premix is the perfect base for creating tender, flavourful sausages. This premix combines a balanced blend of spices, wheat crumbs, and milk ingredients to ensure your sausages have the right texture and taste. It’s designed to make your sausage-making process easier while delivering consistent results.
Instructions:
Combine seasoning with approximately 1L of cold water – pour over meat & mix well, slowly adding more water if/as needed. Once desired consistency is reached, stuff into your casing of choice.

Toasted Wheat Crumbs, Salt, Modified Milk Ingredients, Spice, Yeast Extract
