The combination of garlic, bell peppers, and spices adds a savory complexity that makes it perfect for those who enjoy vibrant, well-seasoned sausage.

Unit:

900 grams – intended for 25lbs of raw meat emulsion.

Instructions:

1. Mix Meat & Seasoning:
   Combine seasoning with 25 lbs (11.34 kg) of cold ground meat and fat.
2. Add Water:
   Gradually add about 1 liter (4 cups) of cold water. Mix thoroughly.
3. Mix Until Tacky:
   Continue mixing until the mixture is smooth and tacky for proper binding.
4. Stuff:
   Fill casings firmly, avoiding air pockets.
5. Chill Before Cooking:
   Refrigerate for several hours or overnight to enhance flavour.
