Teriyaki Beef Jerky Premix – 720g (For 25 lbs of Meat)

Instructions:
- Sliced Jerky: Combine 720g of seasoning (including cure packet) with approximately 500mL of cold water. Coat meat slices evenly and marinate for 12-24 hours to let the flavours infuse.
- Ground Jerky: Mix 720g of seasoning (including cure packet) with 500mL of cold water (add more gradually if needed). Blend thoroughly with ground meat, extrude, and dry as desired.

Sugar, Salt, Soy Sauce Powder (Wheat, Soybeans, less than 0.1% sodium benzoate), Spices and Spice Extracts, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite, Sunflower Oil (Mfg. Aid), Silicon Dioxide (Mfg. Aid).
